1-Doping in sport never can be legalized because training without drugs is the only way to know who's really the best athlete. But the diference between doping and some medical practises are so thin that sometimes is very difficult to decided what's doping or not.
2-I think doping it's impossible to stop .All the athletes, trainers ans sponsors wants to win. An excelent athlete can increase his results with some "help" and not all the people are able to recognize when is time to stop.
3- Athletes are cheats and victims to. They knows that this is an illegal way to win and in a long-term will be a victims, because their bad health problems.

Should doping in sport be legalized?
I don’t think doping should be legalized. First of all, because the side effects are unhealthy for people in long-term. And second because practice sport should be an activity to feel better in your body and mind. Competitions are normal but they shouldn’t be a reason for attempt against your health. It should be only a way to have fun or maybe a work to support yourself in a professional way.

Will it ever be possible to stop athletes breaking the rules to win?
I guess the cheats will never disappear because cheating is inside human nature. And any day appears new ways to break rules, new substances and new drugs!

Are athletes who take drugs cheats or are they victims?
I am sure they are both, cheats and victims. It depends of their circumstances. Some people will do it for avarice for win and others maybe for psychological pressures and for not disappoint their family, friends or trainers.
