Dolphins can't understand but make you to speak

1.I think that Nikki was a boy who needed to be stimulated in order to make him to speak. Their parents did n´t find the way before and then they heard about dolphins. However, Nikki had the ability of speaking but not the habit of doing it. Swimming with dolphins was a so amazing experience for him that, by first time in his life, he needed to show his emotions and then he started to speak.
2.I think that dolphins helped Nikki to speak, but whatever another stimulus could help him to speak.
3.I have heard about a lot of situations in which animals have helped people to exceed diseases and handicaps, but I don't remember anything concrete.
4.I think that this is the tricky part of the story. Why do they need that amount of money? Did they try other ways of teach Nikki to speak?. This part of the story sounds like if Nikki's parents were looking for fame or notoriety.
