I only buy lottery tickets in Christmas´s time. Ever i won some money but it has been little.
Ii i found an award-wining ticket, first, i would hope that the person who lost him, it will claim it. If the ticket is not reclaimed i collect the money.
I don´t know pretty lottery history but i know a taxi driver that one day found five houndred pound in his car and he retrned it to his owner
