Rice with milk and chocolate Super creamy and easy!
Ingredients for 4 servings:
120 g (1/2 Cup) Rice
1 Canela Stick
2 orange skins without anything white
300 ml (1 and ¼ Cup) Water
125 g (1/2 Cup) Condensed milk
250 ml (1 Cup) whipping cream or whipping cream (Heavy whippng cream)
500 ml (2 Cup) Semi-skimmed milk (Can be whole)
125 g (1/2 Cup) (4, 4 oz) Milk chocolate
To taste Grated chocolate
Steps
We put a pot on medium heat, add water, orange peel, cinnamon sticks and rice, mix a little and wait for it to start boiling, cook until the water is consumed, it will be about 7 minutes or so cooking on low heat and stirring from time to time.
Add the milk and the condensed milk (if we add the hot milk better) mix well and continue to cook over low heat for about 25 more minutes since it starts to boil again, stirring occasionally.
After the cooking time rectified sweetness (in my case I added a few tablespoons of condensed milk until it was to my taste) add the cream that will also be hot and mix well, continue cooking another 5 minutes over low heat and remove from the fire.
Remove the orange skins and the cinnamon stick, add the chopped chocolate and wait a minute for the chocolate to melt, stir to mix well and serve in the containers we have chosen, when they cool we put some grated chocolate over and ready to enjoy. Try it you will love it!
