I have never suffered from SAD, because I like more winter than summer , especially I love Christmas time because I enjoy to stay with my family and share happy moments with them. While, I suffered from RSI because I work like a teacher, I work with my computer a lot, I often don´t hold my wrists straight. another problem with my job is that I usually feel my eyes tired. I suggest to everyone who bought a computer that:
1. You should take a break each hour.
2. You should hold your wrists straight.
3. You should keep the straight back while you are working.
4. Don't spend a lot of time in front of the computer.
5. Don´t look always at the screen.
I think that the exercises from the reading are very useful even it is complicated to put them in practice every day because we have a hard routine. You can prevent the sore eyes while you are working is to stand up and make some exercises with your shoulders and back.
