What are the differences in style between the two articles?

Well, the first one uses a lot of complicate adjectives while the second one is more simple, although it's longer, because it explains everything more which makes it easier and more complete.
"The campy Gaga look of tutus, slashed leggings and fishnet stockings..." First article.
"The mum of four says doctor told her she is to big for life-saving surgery" Second article.

Which article did you find easier to read? Why?
The second one, as I said before, because it uses an easier language and not so many difficult adjectives.

What sort of person do you think reads the printed edition of each newspaper?
I think the first one is read by a person who is more interested in fashion and gossip than what's happening in the rest of the World. And the second is read by a regular person, who reads it to find out what's happening.
