1. - Write a short questionnaire:
-Do you like to sleep with a heavy blanket over you in winter?
- Do you watch TV in your room while you are in bed trying to sleep?
- Have you ever overslept because your alarm clock didn’t work properly?
- Have you even taken some drugs to sleep? Why?
2. - TIPS
- Drink a hot glass of milk before going to sleep.
- Sleep in a quiet and dark room is better to get sleep.
- Do not doing an intensive sport activity just before going to sleep.
- Try to forget all your problems before going to bed.
3. – DREAM
- I am sorry, but for me is so difficult to explain a dream because never remember my dreams. Nowadays I think I am too tired to dream a lot.
4. - DREAMS:
- In my opinion our brains has an intensive activity during the day so it isn’t able to disconnect our brain, so when you are sleeping, brain are resting too but with some activity related on things you have seen, lived o thought. This kind of activity only appears when our brain is “sleeping”
