Sleeping tips include
1. Go to bed early and get up about the same time every day, even on the weekend.
2. Don't eat or drink large amounts before bedtime.
3. Avoid nicotine, coffeine and alcohol in the evening.
4. Exercise regualarly.
5. Mark your bedroom cool, dark, quiet and comfortable.

Dreams are usually defined as a series of images, emotions and ideas occuring involuntarily in the mind during certain
stages of sleep. According to the article in READING, there are various theories about dreams throughout the recorded
history. Personally, I think the content and purpouse of dreams are still not fully understood todays.
