Vegan: Veganism is a type of vegetarian diet that excludes meat, eggs, dairy products and all other animal-derived ingredients.
Vegetarians do not eat meat, fish, or poultry. Vegans, in addition to being vegetarian, do not use other animal products and by-products such as eggs, dairy products, honey, leather, fur, silk, wool, cosmetics, and soaps derived from animal products.
Vegans see life as a phenomenon to be treasured, revered and respected. Vegans do not see animals as either "The Enemy" to be subdued, or the Materials for Food, Fabric or Fun that were put on Earth for human use.
Many people feel that veganism is a bit extreme - for a number of reasons. Some think it’s unhealthy, while others disagree with the founding principles of the vegan philosophy. Proponents of veganism, on the other hand, argue that vegans live a healthier, more ethical lifestyle.

Macrobiotic: The macrobiotic diet is a low-fat, high fiber diet that is a predominantly vegetarian diet, emphasizing whole grains and vegetables. In addition, the macrobiotic diet is rich in phytoestrogens from soy products.
A macrobiotic diet includes many of the same foods as vegan diets, but in macrobiotics certain animal foods are suggested. The two dietary styles share enough similarities that a vegan version of macrobiotics is not uncommon. Foods that create balance are whole grains, vegetables, beans, sea vegetables, fruit, nuts, and seeds. Foods such as these are used in a macrobiotic way of eating.
Macrobiotics is a system of living, eating and healing that originated in 19th century Japan. This Japanese philosophy now enjoys a worldwide following attracted by its principles of harmonious living with nature through a balanced whole foods diet, an active lifestyle and respect for the environment
Critics of a strict macrobiotic diet worry that it provides too much sodium and not enough of a variety of fruit since tropical fruits like bananas, mangos, pineapples, and citrus fruits. Some worry that the "nightshade" vegetables that macrobiotic diets do not include -- tomatoes, potatoes, peppers and eggplants -- are not unhealthy. (They may be if you have an allergy or sensitivity to one or more of them). More important than any one "restricted" food, however, is its philosophy to eat locally-grown foods in season. Thus, if you live somewhere where bananas are grown, for example, adopt the macrobiotic philosophy to your specific environment in the way that its initial Japanese practitioners did.
Famous Macrobiotics include John Lennon, Yoko Ono, Gwyneth Paltrow, Sting, Avril Lavigne, Madonna, Bob Weir, Courtney Love

Fruitarian
The fruitarian diet consists of raw fruit and seeds only.
A typical Fruitarian eats and drinks:
· Sweet Fruits
· Non Sweet Fruits: cucumbers, avocados, bell peppers, tomatoes, etc.
· Vegetables: lettuces and other greens, celery, etc.
· Nuts and Seeds: Sunflower and squash seeds, almonds, walnuts, soft coconut meat, etc.
· Also: coconut water, juices, water, and other raw and living foods.
A Fruitarian doesn't eat
· Meat, dairy products, grain products, bread, pasta, rice, cakes, soft drinks, junk food, processed food and other cooked foods.
Fruitarianism may appear to be a new and quite radical concept, while actually it is a revival from a very ancient way of eating, dating back millions of years, as alleged to follow the eating habits of Adam the first man of the world.
According to some critics of this diet, fruitarian diet can be difficult to follow, and long-term basis fruitarians may suffer health problems caused by nutrient deficiency. For example, it may be true that Vitamin B12 cannot be found in any fruit matter. Some say the diet is overly rich in sugar, and that this can lead to symptoms suggestive of hyperglycemia or diabetes, while it is lacking in protein, minerals and fat soluble vitamins. Long-term fruitarians may be prone to psychological food cravings and consequent binge-eating, either of 'allowed' foods or 'illicit' ones. Some fruitarians allegedly develop strong cravings for dates (for their high sugar content) and avocados (for their high fat content). Some fruitarians develop a type of eating disorder called orthorexia.
The fruitarian philosophy has been advanced
by Leonardo DaVinci in his notebooks, anthropologist Leakey,
double Nobel Prize winner
Linus Pauling, Dick Gregory
Adam in 1st book of the Bible: Genesis,
Steve Jobs of Apple Computer was also a follower, (that’s why the name Apple maybe).
