Laughing situations

I like most of the advices that this web site recommends to encourage laughter, but if you ask me which of them works with me the best, I wouldn’t hesitate: I always laugh when my boss, or a client, send me a “serious” e-mail and the attached file is something funny…I believe that we usually laugh when we do not expect an amusing situation and it suddenly happens.
I agree … we should try to laugh, at least, five minutes each day…. If the day hasn’t been specially “hilarious” try to remind something that made you laugh in the past, or a passage of a comedy. in this sense I always recommend the film “As good as it gets”, from my point of view the best comedy ever made…absolutely recommendable in “depressive” situations….
