FOOD IN / OUT

FOOD IN / OUT

Well, in my case is so strange and difficult to answer this question because actually I am pregnant so now I can’t eat some food that I used to eat. But I can tell you that it was a big surprise for me when my doctor told me that I can’t eat pasta (neither salad pasta) because If you didn’t practise enough exercise to metabolise it pasta became to sugar and it was really bad for pregnant women or people who wanted to loose weight. I really though that a salad pasta was so healthy because is part of the Mediterranean diet but now I know that we don’t have to eat a lot of pasta If you don’t go to the gym every day.
On the other hand, the doctor told me that I have to eat 2 eggs a week because they are rich in protein and an omelette is so healthy (not fried eggs of course), and I though eggs had a lot of cholesterol and it was something that you had to eliminate of your diet.
