Sleeping tips

Once I could not sleep.

Perhaps because for a substantial period, I ran before going to sleep.

That hurts.

Advice is:
1) have breakfast in unprocessed rice (in form of congee) - this supply various vitamins
2) have clean water bath - the water must be clean; don't overlook this, thinking it silly (this is revealed by the Doctrines and Covenants, 1830, long before any scientific research yet to be published)

The above will help you recover from symptons experienced for a long, long time but you have not find a cure.
