Tips about how to go to sleep

We shouldn't eat too much at dinner because it's not good to conciliate the sleep.
We shouldn't eat either food than can be heavy or indigestive.
It is not a good idea to put the dinner aside, because if we are too hungry we won't sleep.
You would rather go to sleep at the same time, more or less, every day.
