This is a typical dish of Antioquia Department, called paisa tray, which contains rice, chicharron, beans, chorizo, ground beef and avocado. It is a typical dish of great importance at the national level, which brings as a table top a blackberry juice and to finish another delicious traditional dessert cabbage, biano which is the curd with melao, the curd is underibado of milk and melo of panela. It's silly and worth trying.
