Entrepreneur

To be more precise, entrepreneurs can also fail in their goals, but rarely we know about them, as media are usually interested in successful stories.
Unsurprisingly due to my background (Information Technologies), there are some entrepreneurs I specially admire: Jeff Bezos (Amazon), Mark Zuckenberg (Facebook), Steve Jobs (Apple) and Bill Gates (Microsoft), to name a few.
Most important ingredients to be an entrepeneur are end-to-end vision, innovation capacities, and also market and consumers needs.
As a matter of fact, I have always preferred to be an employee or executive in a large company, instead of an entrepeneur launching a SMB.
