As far i as I know, when I hear or I see the that word It makes to my mind someone who is very influence and also has the ability to share the ideas with the rest. On the one hand, it can be someone who is famous but on the other hand, it can be somoene who has power or just relevant skills

It makes to my mind = Here you can say: It make me think of... Or you can say: It brings .... to mind. The first expression is easier to use rally.
very influence= DO you mean influnetial? S/he has a lot of influence?
