I don't consider myself to be an expert but I like modern art. The most appealing thing I find in it is the way artists explore new ways of surprising us.
I work near a Modern Art Museum which is an ancient industrial establishment reconverted to house modern art works. It is a perfect place for that because it has several buildings with big rooms separated for open courtyards with gardens and pounds. Mainly there are provisional exhibitions that change from time to time.
Occasionally, when I have a break, I like having a walk inside the museum enclosure and sometimes I find works that are showed in the open air.
Several weeks ago I was wandering about this place and suddenly I was ashtonished whe I looked up in front of me to the upper side of a building and I saw through a big window the huge face of a giant woman. My surprise increased when I looked to the left and I found an entire ten-metre arm appearing through another window of the same building.
Of course it was a work of art. It's title? I am sure you can figure it out: "Alice in Wonderland".
Kind regards.
Fernando.
