There is no doubt in my mind whatsoever that the future of art is in public exhibitions in which everyone can take part as no matter how old one is, he/she can participe in that art event. "Obliterarion Room" is a very original exhibition where people are given a sheet of Polka dots and are asked to place them wherever they prefer.
I haven't actually been to an art event as that one, but I'd love to! Have you ever been to a public art event?

Like Laia, I think the future of art is in public exhibitions where everybody can participate. To my mind, this is the way to approach art to general public to make it more understandable and enjoyable. If art is reduced to prĂvate exhibitions only, it ends up being considered as elitist. Art can be thought of as useless for most people, but beyond it there are important aspects, such as creativity, imagination and sensitivity. In my humble opinion, I consider "Obliteration Room" an opportunity to help improve personal and social skills among adults and children, since it is a simple way to create art, just by letting yourself go.
I haven't ever been to an exhibition like that, but I wouldn't miss it out in the future.
