Job interviews

I have done three or four interviews, but not very hard interviews. In the harder interview I have done, the interviewer asked a lot of questions for knowing my knowledges related to that work. I remember that I felt very nervous, but I could answer the most part of questions. I never have done a Pshycological test. In one ocasion the interviewer asked me wich were my defects. I think it's difficult to say.
