Five suggetions to someone who has just bought a computer to prevent problems like RSI and aches and pains in the back, shoulders and arms.

1. You have to use the computer for shorts periods of time.
2. Put you computer on the table at the right height.
3. Put the monitor at the right distance.
4. Each hour turn your head first to the right then to the left.
5. Every two of three hours stop your work and walk a few minuts.
