I think that charity is a good idea, because it's possible to raise money for the poor people. It's very important to have sponsors and to participate int he sponsored walks, swing, etc.
I think that I never have been in a sponsored walk, swing or run but I would to swim in a Barcelone Port in winter to raise money for the saharui people.
