I think the most impress an interviewer is even the appearance and the personality of the interviewee.
The qualifications and the work experience are determinant for a previous selection that allows the interviewee to access the final interview.

I think that personality and work experience are the qualities that impress an interviewer most. Appereance and qualifications are important but not necessary. If you have a great personality you can do to forget your appereance to the interviewer. If you have a lot of experience it's not necessary to have good qualifications.

I am agree with Yolanda. Work experience and qualifications are writing on the resumé, but personality and appearance is in front of the interviewer…And usually is a difficult time.

Nobody can deny that the first impression is fundamental. So that's the reason for to have a good appearance in a job interview. For the other hand, it's obvious that qualifications and work experience are so important, but I think that personality is a part essential of a person because everybody can learn a job but with difficulty can change the personality.

I agree with you Laura. I think that in a job interview the appearance impress an interviewer most, becouse is the first quality that interviewer see about interviewee. Secondly, I believe that personality could be very significant but it's not easy becouse the interviewer has to examine the personality qualities of the applicant. Although there are some interview questions knowed by the interviewer that helps the interviewer to get personality traits of the applicant. In the third place, I think that work experience and qualifications could help an interviewer to decide the best appliant.
