Social groups in my country

In my country, Hong Kong, a social group called "double-no" is formed these years. "Double-no" means no job and no income. The group consists of teenage who refuse to do anything after graduated from school. They stay at home all the time and only spend the money provided by their parents. In fact, since their parents have provided all the things they wanted, these double-no have no intention to earn their own living.
