A job interview

In order to get a job, first thing to do is to have an interview. They ask you about your studies and the work experiences. You must show in a few minutes you are the best candidate to get the job. So it's important good appearance, and show personality and knowlegde about the subject of the job. But I think is important also a little bit humility. Depending on the new job, you must convince the interviewer about your capacity in your leader capacities, or about group-work capacities. In any case, it's very important to prepare the interview carefully. You must know about the company, their mission and goals, and, if it is possible, about the interviewer.
