1. Have you, or has anyone you know, ever suffered from RSI or SAD?
I think, I suffer a week form of SAD.

2. Do you make sure that you sit and type correctly when you use a computer or typewriter? Do you ever have pains in any parts of your body from using the computer for long periods of time?
I sometimes sit and type correctlyy. sometimes no. I have pain in my neck and in my back, but I don´t know, if it is cause only from computer.

3. What advice would you give to someone who has just bought a computer to prevent problems like RSI and aches and pains in the back, shoulders and arms? Write five suggestions. Read the suggestions of your classmates and vote for the best five.
a/You should have a good chair.
b/You should take a break time after time.
c/You should hold your back straight.
d/You shouldn´t work with computer every day for many hours.
e/You should do some exercises.

4. Do you think the exercises described in READING are very useful and effective?
Yes, I do.

5. Do you do any exercises during or after working at a desk for a long period of time?
a/I touch my right hand with my left ear and then I slowly push my head to my right shoulder. I hold the position some second, then I do the same in oposit part.
b/I do circles with my shoulders slowly.
