Sleeping tips

I guess it is very common among city people for having sleeping problems; even not recurrent, definitely once in awhile. When I have difficulties going to bed, here are some tips that I found helpful to relieve the problem:
-play 10 minutes TV/video games: that helps clear your mind and thoughts from day time work or worries by concentrate on the games. Simple games like Super Mario will do.
-read some poets: it could build up a peaceful mind by reading some poets
-have a sip of whisky: well, little alcohol is a shortcut to good night’s sleep. Of cos, not to an extend of getting drunk!
-stretching: it works especially well for physically tired body
