Your eyes should be at the same height as the screen.
Reduce the ornaments you have on your desktop.
2. Exercises at work.
You can get up from the chair and you walk a little in the office.
You can sit and you bend my head to the left towards your shoulder, you hold this position some seconds. you can repeat the exercise bend my head to the right.
