1- I have some friends who like wearing alternative clothes.
2- No, I prefer plain T-shirts.
3- At the moment, I do never.
4- I usually wear black T-shirts and jeans (and trainers, of course).
5- I never used patterned trousers. Sometimes I used a bit flared trousers.
