I've never been interviewed for a job but I've interviewed some people and I think it's important to be polite, well dressed and to be ready to learn and to adquire the skills necessaries for the job. It's also very important to be able to work with other people in a team. In my opinion, qualifications are essentials but there are some more things that people need to get a job.
