Organising a work space.
- Ergonomic furniture is very important if you want configure an ideal space of work so you can avoid some injuries by working a lot with computers, for example.
- Light is important in order to avoid tired eyes or headache. Natural light is better when possible.
- Maybe the most problem can be noise in big cities. It can cause stress and tiredness, irritability or depression. A soundproof office with less than 55 decibels is best.
- An organised space is vital, of course. You must get space enough for moving comfortably. A narrow space between furniture elements is not ideal so you can get aches by moving badly.
- Decorating the office is a good way to work more comfortably but is not a good idea having lots of decoration items because they can distract us from the job we are making. Organised furniture and colour in the walls can create with a few decorating elements a good space for working.
