1.- Yes, I suffered RSI in my left knee because I have a right hip more high than other one But it’s sore only when I walk more than two hours.
On the other hand, I don’t know anybody who suffered SAD.
2.- No, I don’t. Normally my neck it’s sore. I spend more time at the computer because I work with it and I use to do my homework in it. Therefore, I have got pain at back.
I try to do some breaks and walk during ten minutes or to do some exercises. However, I have got a good chair but I don’t use it correctly.
3.- -The keyboard must be in the same height than elbows.
-Your chair must be so that the feet rest to the soil and the back of chair must be straight with a bit inclination in order that you feel comfortable
- Keep a distance between your eyes and the screen and look far every 20 minutes.
- If you feel tired, you must stand up and walk of surroundings.
-Don’t forget to do some exercises with your arms and wrist if you have got pain when you write with the keyboard.
4. Yes, I believe these exercises can resolve more pains and therefore becomes effective.
5. Normally, when I finish my work I stretch my arms and do exercise with my wrists. But I have more problems with my back and neck, as soon as I try to walk every day during one our or go to swim. But one time a month I go to the physical therapist.
In addition I try not to approach very much the screen.
