I saw a film from a catalan director, Roger Gual, and J.D. Wallowits that I liked very much. It's "Smoking Room". I don't remember it well but I thought when I saw it that it was a good report about selfishness and the lack of solidarity between colleagues at work, and for extension, between people in general
