I think qualities that impress an interviewer depend on the kind of job. In general I believe work experience and personality are the most important things, but for some type of job can be basic to have a specific appearance.

I mean, a secure person, who looks straight at the interviewer's eyes, who speaks loud and clear has more probabilities than another to get the job.
Work experience is another important qualitie, because explains the evolution of the applicant very well, and his skills to improve in his career

I agree with us. I think the personality is the most important because one persona who have very good qualifications but not a right personality can't do the job well.

On the other hand, appearence is also important because you can demonstrate a part of your personality trought the appearence.
