Dear alls,
I think about a job interview the first quality is the experience of the job. After this quality the second one is personality, because if you have a good background, personality is the most important characteristic for to develop a good work.
My experiences about them are irregular, because sometimes the result have been good and in other bad (maybe sweet and sour it's the word).
I think the best way to face the first job interview is with in all honest.
