Senior Online Graphic Designer- Dublin 8
Twelve Horses is looking for a Senior Online Graphic Designer. The Senior Online Graphic Designer oversees a team of designers and coders to develop online projects for our corporate clients. The position reports to the Managing Director and is responsible for the delivery of quality projects which meet or exceed client expectations and are delivered on time and in budget. Working with a team of designers, html coders and programmers you will oversee all projects from initial concept to final publishing.
This role involves taking the creative lead on project concepts and requires you to have extensive experience working directly with clients. You also need excellent written and verbal skills as it involves assistance with writing tender documents and preparing and presenting creative ideas at pitches.
Requirements
- Excellent skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Dreamweaver, PowerPoint required
- Solid background in web design. Minimum – 5 years experience web design
- HTML skills are a minimum requirement. CSS, PHP and other Web experience also useful but not essential
- Must have a strong awareness of user centered design
- Ability to lead a team of junior designers, html writers and programmers from concept to completion of the projects with strong leadership
- Must be able to communicate with customers to understand their needs exactly
- Ability to write tender documents, specifications and requirements
- Must have knowledge of each step of a campaign's process to give team direction, work on schedule and manage client expectation
- Acute attention to details required
- Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills required
- Travel sometimes required
