When I cook cuttlefishit it tastes tough. How can I get a tender cuttlefish?
You can cook cuttlefish in two ways: in a hot griddle three minutes or stewed in a pot during two hours.
If you use the griddle my advice is when you put the cuttlefish cook first one side during 30 seconds, then turn it over and cook the other side 30 seconds too. Then pour some oil and repeat the operation but this time cooking every side 1 minute. Next repeat again 1 minute more.
