I think that to waste or to spend the time, it´s a relative cuestion for every person. I can think that I need about an hour to buy me a shirt, for my to use more time might be a waste of time, but a woman can pass three or four hours and to visit many shops for to buy a dress, and to go back home with some bags but without the dress, and she might think that she was spending the time, because she was doing something that she likes.
But for the young people it´s some diferent and especially for the teenagers, often they dedicate many time to their hobbys (to play game computers, to be with the friends, to surffing by Internet, etc), when they should use more time to their obligations.
Nowadays the school failure is vey big, nevertheless all the teenagers know perfectly which are the social networks and all the games for the Play Station.
