1- I'm not sure, but a working companion has got pain in her wrist. She uses an ergonomic mouse.
2- I know that sometimes I do not sit down correctly when I use a computer. When I'm working with a computer for long periods of time, I have got pains in my wrist and neck and sometimes I have pain in my back.
3- I would give the following advices:
- Switch to a much more ergonomic mouse,
- Modifications of posture and arm use are often recommended
- Lumbar support for lower back,
- feet on floor and footrest for shorter peolpe,
- To have an ajustable chair and ajustable seat height.

4- Yes, these exercises can help to diminish the pains.

5- Yes, I use some exercise are designed to stretch the arm, shoulder and upper back, Also I use exercise to stretch the neck.
The exercices that I like best are:

- To Hold left elbow with your right hand.
- Bend from the hip and touch the toes.
- Turn the head to the right and to the left.
