1- I'm not sure, but a working Companion has got pain in her wrist. She uses an ergonomic mouse.
2- I know that sometime I don't sit down correctly. When I'm working with a computer for long periods of time, I have got pains in the wrist and neck and sometime have pain in the back.
3- I would give the following advices
- To use an ergonomic mouse,
- Lumbar support for lower back,
- To have an adjustable chair and adjustable seat height.
- feet on floor and footrest for shorter people.
- to improve posture, seat back angle 90 º

4- Yes, some exercises can help to diminish pains.

5- Yes, I use exercise designed to stretch the arm, shoulder and upper back, also I use exercise to diminish pains in the neck.
The exercise that I like best are:
- Turn the head to the right and to the left,
- Bend from the hip and touch the toes.
- Lower my head and look at my feet. This way I can stretch the neck
