Desk Stretches:
1) Length your arm toward and hand.
2) Bend your wrist upward.
3) Lift your shoulders.
4) Lift your arm and connect your hand firmly behind your head.
5) Bend your head to left shoulder.
6) Turn your head to left.
7) Bend your head to front of your body and see your foot.
8) Touch your right elbow with left hand and pull back.
9) Length your arm toward and put together your hand and strecth your hand outward.
10) Lift your arms upon your head and put together your hand and stretch your hand outward.
11) Length your rigth arm from your shoulders to back and put your elbow with other hand and bend your body right.
12) Step your right foot toward, bend your body and give your weigth on toward.
