1) Have you, or has anyone you know, ever suffered form RSI or SAD?
I don't have RSI or SAD. And I don't know this illness, but some workmate have problems with the back and wrists.

2) Do you make sure that you sit and type correctly when you use a computer or typewrite?
I don't sit correctly. I put my back far of the chair.
Do you ever have pains in any parts of your body from using the computer for long periods of time?
Yes, I have pains in my back because using the computer long time without move then I getting pain in my neck and back.

3)What advice would you give to someone who has just bought a computer to prevent problems like RSI and aches and pains in the back, shoulders and arms?
a) First you need to have a good chair and good screen computer. You must put in the correct position.
b) You don't work many hours with computer, you need to take breaks for relax the view.
c) Stand up sometimes for strecth your legs
d) You can do this exercise, sit down and look straight ahead then slowly bend your head to the left towards your shoulder. Then do this exercise sometimes on both sides
e) If you have a pain wrists you can buy a speciall mouse what the hand position is more comfortable.

4) Do you think the exercises describe in READING are very useful and effective?
Yes I think, specially the firts one, I use it sometimes.

5) Do you do any exercises during or after working at a desk for a long period of time?
I don't do any exercise because I normally stand up and walk a litlle, but I think sometimes is necessary strecth the legs, shoulders and back.
