If I have to give some advice to someone who have to go to her/his first job interview, I will recommend her or him be natural (As Carmen say in her message): explain, in a peaceful way, all your background (studies, and experience working) and nothing else.
And, of course, before going, take a relaxing infusion!

Wiht the advises it has given another mates, there is one thing very important, you must see the eyes the interviewer when he or she ask you. I think it's important the first view and the continuation.
Another advise, don't speak much, only the necessary because you could tell innecessary things that the interviewer could bad interpreted.
