Hello! My name is Manuela. I was named after my grandmother and she as her mother, so Manuela was a traditional name in my family, since my daughter bornt and I broke down the tradition. My second surname is Toledo and, curiously, my family didn't came from Castilla. They all were bornt in the South of Spain. Maybe it could be an arabian surname, because they tend to name their descendants after the places they had conquered.
I've been never interested in knowing about my surname, but looking for information in the net I have discovered that Toledo is a common surname in some south american's countries: Chile, Mexico...
