Family puzzles

I think this puzzles are very dificult!

About the two twins, perhaps they had arrived from a desert, or similar, and realy they need urgently to drink water, and one of them drunk it so slowly... But it's not very credible.

About the plane, I think that the wife was looking a recorded film.

For me the firts puzzle have more dificult because I don´t understand why the twins that drink more slowly is the people that die afterwards. Perhaps he need to gather liquid more quickly.

The second puzzle is obvius for me, she does not react because she know that her husband is not in the plane.
