Church owned school seeks a certified Pre-Kindergarten teacher for part-time NYCDOE position.

Teacher should be experienced and work well with all types of people. We are seeking a teacher with great organizational and personal skills for our busy school. All of our children receive personal academic attention and nurturing. We are seeking a teacher that is willing and able to provide this to properly prepare our scholars for kindergarten.

Hours: 9:00am - 11:30am
Monday-Friday
Follows Dept. of Education schedule

Responsibilities:

Provides on-sight program leadership and daily oversight of the OSS Physical Therapy staff.
Under the general direction of the OSS Director of Operations and Director of Rehab Services, the Supervisor is responsible for program development and financial management.
Required to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement physical therapy services for patients according to principles and practices of the profession.
The PT is competent to provide services to patients from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:

BS Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university; Master's degree preferred
Experience as a Physical Therapist prior to employment is required, preferably in an outpatient/ambulatory care setting.
Valid NYS Department of Education license of temporary permit is required
Supervisory experience is preferred
The positions requires frequent standing, sitting, walking, as well occasional lifting, kneeling and bending. The ability to transfer patients to various surfaces is also required.
