1. TV and you.
1.- Some people actually enjoy watching commercials. Do you?
I do not enjoy watching commercials, and I never watch them. Sometimes I watched a TV show where are showed the better commercials or most award-winning commercials.
2.- What programmes have the most viewers where you live?
The most watched programmes where I live are football matches, as I find in internet, the eight most watched programmes in Spain last year (2012) were football matches. After them some series, one elimination game show about people which would like work as musicians and obviously more football matches and formula 1.
3.- Do TV programmes have content ratings in your country
Yes, we have different content rating, we have programmes for all viewers, and then I think that we have programmes for people older than 13 and 18.
4.- Do you have a favourite channel?
Yes I do, I know that I have favorite programmes and they are generally showed in my two or three favorite’s channel.
5.- Would you ever consider being a contestant on reality show?
No, I never consider it but I would consider the option of being a contestant in a game show.
6.- How many remote controls do you have in your living room?
I have two remotes control, one of them is remote control of TV and the other one is remote control of DVD.
7.- In your opinion, what are the most exciting and the most boring programmes on TV?
I like football, therefore from my point of view, the most exciting programme is a good and important match of my team, only my team, I never watch football if my team does not play. The most boring programmes for me are the chat show focus on house wife.
8.- What kind of TV competitions are popular in your country?
I think the most popular TV competitions are about for example who sing better and in second term more classic TV competitions as one of them called “pasapalabra”. In this TV competition the contestant has a ring around his face with all the letters of the alphabet and he has to answer with the correct word the questions of the host using only one time each letter of the alphabet.
2. What about you.
1.- Would you ever consider being a contestant on reality show?
No I have considered this option. Maybe I can be a contestant in TV show as quiz or similar but never as a reality show. In part because I am shy and because I think that these contestants are used by producers, tv channels managers etc… in order to increase the viewers.
2.- Do you think show producers should be allowed to involve children in reality shows?
I do not know if show producers should be allowed to involve children but the responsibility when children are increased in a reality show is of the parents. I do not like think in the childhood of child as young music stars, or tv stars but I repeat in almost all the cases are the parents who want that their child sing or play in a movie etc…in an age where the boys and girls should play with the others or with toys.
3. Reality shows.
Advantages:
If you want to be famous, you can reach it easily.
You can find some opportunity in jobs where is really difficult find a good contact. For example music world, film or theatre world TV world, etc..
If you are unemployment is as a job.
Disadvantages:
You will lose the anonymity.
You probably sign the agreement while you really do not know the scope of it.

Thanks for your great message Xavi! I agree, I would never dream of going on a reality show, I can't imagine anything more horrible:) I can't stand watching them either - I think Gran Hermano with Mercedes Milà is the most boring thing on TV. Actually, I don't even know if it still exists..? Milà is a smart, charismatic person, but she chooses to be on awful shows..
One thing:
about people which would like work as musicians = ..people who would like to work as musicians.
