Important qualities
I think the most important quality in a job interview is personality. Qualifications and work experience are very important, but a brilliant personality can impress the interviewer and can give the job to an applicant even with a worse resume than other candidates.

In my life I have done a lot of job interviews. At the beginning, when I graduated, I felt very nervous and I remember my first interviews as a very hard experience. In my last job interviews I was a professional with a strong experience and I felt more calm and secure.
Job advice for the first interview:
Try to be calm (it is very difficult), don’t exhibit your nerves, go to win the job, and try to explain your skills and aptitudes showing your real personality.
