Certainly applicant qualifications and his work experience should be the most important thing that evaluator will consider to hold a position. But all this things, usually, the interviewer could see in the resumé. In an interview, the representative company must know by intuition the other qualities that applicant can offer to the company. So, applicant personality will be the most important thing that the interviewer evaluates. Finally, the appearance must be important if the person will work in a team.
