Selecting and grading vocabulary

I completely agree with the way the three lists of "house and garden" vocabulary in exercise 1 are graded. For beginners I would add chimney, bathroom, chair table and lamp. For intermediate students I would add wall, bell, stair, hose and column and for advanced students I would add doorstep, headboard, drainpipe, furniture and blind.
