Hello,
Here you are my exercice...
1.Travel companions.
Normally, I prefer to travel with my Friends or my family. But, I think that to travel with only one is better to know the country.
I've a lot of country for visit. I would travel very calme because nowadays all is too quickly!
2. Equipment.
If we go to the mountain, I prefer take one tent and a sleeping bag to rest , first-aid kit because perhaps we need it, matches to do fire, compass and one map to don't lost me, obviosly, twice hard boots and one stove to warm the food.

3. Geography quiz.
Why do people go to FC Barcelona? To see Messi fooball player
Why do people go to Andorra? To climb the Pyrenes
Why do people go to Lisboa? To eat the Pastel de Belem.

is better to know the country.= know - conoceer: In English we need a different verb: It is better to experience the country / It is better to get to know a country
I've a lot of country for visit.= This is uncllear. Do you want to say this? Ther are many countries that I want to visit
I would travel very calme = I would like to travel slowly
